Aletheia:Corrections log

From Aletheia Knowledge Network

Corrections log tracks material changes to published claims. Each entry should link the article revision, identify what was wrong, give the corrected wording, and cite the evidence. Routine copy edits remain in the page history and need no entry here.

Entries

[edit]

No material corrections have been logged on this page yet. This does not mean every article has been independently audited. Check each article's history and status.

Entry format

[edit]
  • Date and article: link the page and relevant revision.
  • Earlier claim: summarize the precise statement, without repeating dangerous operational details.
  • Correction: give the revised claim and its scope.
  • Reason and source: link the primary record or test that prompted the change.
  • Follow-up: say whether related pages were updated and whether a question remains open.
