Aletheia Knowledge Network is a public reference project of thetruthisopen.org. Its purpose is to make difficult claims easier to examine, repairs easier to document, and proposed systems easier to test. We separate what a source establishes, what someone observed, and what remains a concept. Aletheia is also on YouTube.

How this wiki works

A source, inference, field observation, prototype, and released artifact do not carry the same evidentiary weight. Articles should state scope and sources close to a claim, give the strongest serious counterargument, and identify uncertainty. A dated status is attached to a project statement, not awarded to a person. Failed tests belong in the record. Material factual changes appear in the Aletheia:Corrections log; every page also has a revision history and discussion page.

Critique arguments and public conduct without publishing private personal information, threats, unsupported accusations, or operational details that create avoidable security or safety harm. The first legal collection is educational; it does not label every person who questions government power. Proposed designs and governance safeguards are described as proposals until there is evidence of implementation or adoption.

Important notice

This is a public educational reference, not legal advice. Laws and procedures vary by jurisdiction and change over time. A person facing a deadline, charge, tax matter, or court proceeding should consult a licensed lawyer or other qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction. Repair and safety-critical material likewise requires appropriate qualifications, review, and applicable standards.Aletheia Knowledge Network is a public reference project of thetruthisopen.org. Its purpose is to make difficult claims easier to examine: identify what is asserted, locate the underlying evidence, distinguish law from interpretation, and correct the record when better evidence appears.

How this wiki works

Evidence before conclusions

Articles should state the claim precisely, identify its source, and then compare it with primary material where available: statutes, court opinions, regulations, official records, original research, and first-hand documents. Secondary sources can provide context, but should not replace the underlying record when it is available.

Separate fact, interpretation, and uncertainty

Readers should be able to tell what a source directly establishes, what an author infers from it, and what remains unknown or disputed. A ruling in one case is not automatically a rule for every jurisdiction or factual situation.

Show corrections and revisions

Use citations close to the statements they support. Explain meaningful corrections in the edit summary or discussion page. The page history preserves earlier versions so readers can see how an account changed.

Discuss ideas without targeting people

Critique arguments, evidence, organizations, and public conduct. Do not publish private personal information, threats, or unsupported accusations. Do not use this wiki as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional about an individual case.

Editorial scope

The first collection, Sovereignty Without Illusion, examines claims sometimes marketed as ways to defeat ordinary legal obligations or proceedings. It will distinguish genuine constitutional rights, lawful challenges, and documented government misconduct from arguments that courts have rejected. The label used for a claim should not be treated as a description of every person who questions government power.
